Most recently I embedded with the founder at FutureClinic (a Y Combinator-backed startup, F24) and owned the growth engine from the ground up: the AI systems that find, verify, and win doctors, and the co-worker agents like Nikola that ran the outreach on their own. Before that, I spent 3 years building with AI for real businesses and for myself, including Lux, a coding agent I shipped to my 200K-subscriber YouTube channel (@SergeCode) that reached 5,000+ installs.

GTM Engineer · YC F24Three months building the company’s growth engine directly with the founder, end to end. I shipped two production systems. Outreach finds doctor-creators across YouTube and Instagram, verifies each against the federal NPI registry, and sends a personalized clinic page and founder video to every one. It runs on Nikola, an autonomous co-worker I built that lives in Slack: it researches prospects, drafts the emails, tracks replies, and posts each batch for a human to approve before anything sends. It hit a 15% reply rate on cold outreach. Creators turns a doctor’s channel into ready-to-record videos in their own voice, human in the loop at every step. Built solo in two nights to apply to FutureClinic. Pipeline finds influencer doctors on YouTube, verifies each against the NPI Registry, and surfaces multi-source contact info, all in minutes for the cost of a coffee. They hired me to ship it as a production system.

An autonomous coding agent that turned plain-English requests into working code, executed each change in a live runtime, and verified it with a closed-loop hash check. I built the full stack: an in-app plugin and a FastAPI + LangGraph backend joined by a polling bridge that gave a one-way HTTP platform true two-way agent communication. It reached 5,000+ installs before I wound it down.
